Any Ravens Nest Spa cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or No Shows will be subject to 100% of treatment cost. Client is responsible for all costs associated with missing a reserved appointment.
Rescheduling an appointment within 24 hrs is subject to full charge.
When scheduling, we do require a credit/debit card number to secure your appointment.
