Any Ravens Nest Spa cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or No Shows will be subject to 100% of treatment cost. The Client is responsible for all costs associated with missing a reserved appointment. Rescheduling an appointment within 24 hrs is subject to full charge.
When scheduling, we do require a credit/debit card number to secure your appointment.

Please check into the spa 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Unfortunately, if you are late, we may have to shorten your treatment to end at the appointed time.
Our treatments require removal of clothing. We drape modestly at all times and encourage you to communicate to your therapist if you are uncomfortable in any way.
Gratuity may be given at your discretion. 20% of treatment is customary.
While credit and debit cards are always welcome, we appreciate cash or checks to help minimize our processing fees.
