Reserve our new Infrared Sauna,* HaloTherapy and beautiful Sunroom before your treatments. Our Clearlight broad spectrum sauna warms your muscles from the core and aids in your relaxation as you prepare for your massage or body treatment. Included is a Chromotherapy option which will add to your overall spa experience. This color light therapy restores balance to the body by utilizing color that is distributed throughout the sauna.

Robes and slippers are provided for your comfort.

$35 per person for sauna (30 min session)

$20 a session for HaloTherapy. Salt therapy is great for congestion, asthma, respiratory issues and relaxation. It circulates fine salt particles in the air while you sauna.

*Must reserve and arrive 30-40 minutes before appointment time. If more than 15 minutes late, access to sauna may not be available and sauna charge will still apply.
