Any Ravens Nest Spa cancellations made with less than 24/48 hours notice or No Shows will be subject to 100% of treatment costs. Client is responsible for all costs associated with missing a reserved appointment.
-Rescheduling an appointment or Testing positive for Covid does NOT void this policy.
When scheduling, we do require a credit card number to secure your appointment. You will be asked for one even if using a gift card.
